For SIM swap or replacement, the registrant has to visit a SIMBA Service Centre with the original Identity Document registered with SIMBA.
Physical SIM replacement (can be done at any of our SIMBA Service Centres)
- For lost of SIM cards, upon verification, you will be issued with a new SIM card. A $5 fee apply per replacement.
- For faulty SIM cards, upon verification, there will be a 1-for-1 exchange at no charge.
eSIM replacement (can be done at Service Centres Kaki Bukit or Orchard Central only)
Upon verification of ID and phone compatibility, you will be issued with an eSIM QR Code. A $5 fee apply per replacement.
