The porting process will begin once you have collected your SIMBA SIM card. Typically, it will take about 2 working day* for us to activate the ported number. During this period, you may continue to use the mobile service with your current service provider until it is successfully ported to SIMBA. A confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you once it is ported to SIMBA successfully.
Note: You might experience some service disruption when your mobile service is being switched over to the SIMBA network.
