The Typical Local Download Speed of our 2.5Gbps Broadband plan is between 1.6Gbps to 2.1Gbps.
This typical local download speed range is the general speed you will likely experience using a direct wired LAN connection to the ONT. A CAT 6 cable (or better) and a computer capable of saturating a 2.5Gbps ethernet port is required to achieve the typical speed for a 2.5Gbps plan.
The typical local download speeds above were obtained from sample speed tests performed by our Field Engineers during the installation of 2.5Gbps Broadband in May 2024.
