For Personal or Business Plans (except Prepaid Plan)
You can recharge your Account Balance using SIMBA Recharge via QR code (PayNow/GrabPay/GooglePay), SIMBA My Account or My SIMBA App via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).
If you wish to recharge your Account Balance using cash, please visit any SIMBA Service Centres or Authorised Dealers. To find the nearest SIMBA shops around you, SMS <SIMBA> to 1218. This service is free and valid for all SIMBA customers.
You can recharge your Account Balance as much as you want. The value in Account Balance has no expiry date as long as your SIMBA SIM is active. Do note that credits in Account Balance are non-refundable.
For Prepaid
You may SMS <SIMBA> to 1218, and choose option 2 to check your account balance. Additionally, you can log in to www.simba.sg/preaccount through your smartphone with your SIMBA prepaid SIM card inserted and do the following:
- Perform a one-time recharge (renewal/ excess usages)
- Buy plan
