- Please ensure that all fields on this Account Termination Form are completed, to avoid delay in processing your request.
- Please note that your account termination request will be processed within 7 business days. All unused credits in your SIMBA Wallet are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- If you intend to port-out, please do not submit termination with SIMBA. Proceed to liaise with your desired service provider at least 7 business day before your next renewal cycle to avoid further charges. Your SIMBA account will automatically be terminated upon successful port out from SIMBA. An activation fee of $30 is chargeable for port-out within 30 days of plan activation.
- Should there be any follow up required, we will contact you via your SIMBA number and/or the registered email address.
- Change request for Full Name, Date of Birth, Email and Address can be done via this webform. You are required to provide a copy of your ID document for verification before we can proceed with the change request.
- To change billing address, a copy of utility bills, title deed or tenancy agreement is required.
- To update your ID document, please walk-in to SIMBA Service Centre at 1 Kaki Bukit View, #02-10 Techview, S415941 (Operating hours:Daily:9am - 6pm, PH:Closed). For verification, please bring along both Original IDs (the ID registered with SIMBA and the new ID that you would like to change to)
