Change Plan service is available at any SIMBA Service Centres or SIMBA Dealers only.

- Change Plan request is available on Day 1 to 25 of your plan cycle with a valid renewal. Suspended plans are not eligible for Change Plan until the Plan is renewed.
- You are required to make full payment of the new plan. Once Change Plan is successful, the new plan will begin instantly. Standard Terms and Conditions of new plan apply. Refer to Critical Information Summary of SIMBA plans
- Once the new plan is activated, the original plan will be terminated and there will be no refund of unused balance. Billing account ID, Wallet Balance of original plan remain unchanged.
- *Change Plan to Seniors Go Digital Plan is available at SIMBA Service Centre Orchard Central or Kaki Bukit only.
