Plan renewal will be billed on Day 26 (4 days before end of the 30-day cycle to facilitate the lead time for bank processing). If there’s no successful payment, your Fibre broadband speed will be throttled to 256Kbps.
To resume the service speed, ensure that your credit card on file can be successfully charged and your service will be back to normal the next morning at 3a.m.
Timeline is as follows:
4 days before the subsequent 30-Day billing cycle: The registered credit card will be charged for the subsequent billing cycle. If payment is unsuccessful:-
1st day of new billing cycle: Throttling of Service speed to 256Kbps
10th day of new billing cycle: Notice of Service Termination
20th day of new billing cycle: Notice of Service Termination
30th day of new billing cycle: Termination of Service
