When signing up for your SIMBA mobile plan, please select the eSIM option. There is no additional fee for this option. eSIM online signup is available for all personal plans except for Prepaid plan.
For the Prepaid plan, customers may visit any SIMBA service centre or dealers to sign up for an eSIM prepaid plan.
For Business Plan, customers may head to SIMBA Service Centre (Orchard Central, Kaki Bukit, Paya Lebar Quarter, Canberra Plaza or Clementi) for an eSIM swap. A $5 fee apply.
