Access Point Name (APN) is the settings your phone needs in order to set up a connection with the gateway between your carrier's cellular network and the Internet.
For iOS:
Go to Settings >> Mobile Data >> Mobile Data Network >> APN | |
You must manually type "TPG" for Mobile Data and Personal Hotspot. | |
For Older iOS versions (before iOS17) | For iOS17 |
*Note: disregard the "Use Network Provider Settings" | |
For Android:
Most Android phones are automatically configured with SIMBA's APN settings.
In the case where the APN is not automatically connected, please follow the following steps:
Samsung | Oppo | vivo | Xiaomi | Huawei |
If your phone has a configuration parameter for IP PROTOCOL (or similar), please select IPv4/IPv6 instead of just IPv4.
