Generally, VoLTE-supported handsets will show a VoLTE icon near the signal bar to indicate that it is enabled. Once you see the VoLTE icon, go to the phone dial pad and dial the number which you want to reach.

Ensure you are using the latest firmware on a locally-distributed handset to use VoLTE. Here is the step-by-step guide to enabling VoLTE on your device:

Apple Device

*The following phone settings are based on phone language: English(Singapore)

Single SIM

Dual SIM

Tap Settings > General > Software Update to install the latest iOS
Check and ensure your device is connected to SIMBA network and configured with the correct APN setting
Proceed to Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data
Select LTE or 4G and enable VoLTE
Go ahead and make a call

*For English languages in other regions, the wording used may vary such as mobile service is shown as cellular

Proceed to Settings > Mobile Service > Tap the SIMBA SIMcard (under naming such as Primary, Secondary, Business or name chosen by the user) > Voice & Data
