You may recharge your SIMBA wallet in advance via the following payment options:
- Visa, Mastercard, AMEX (Debit/Credit Card), PayNow, GrabPay, GooglePay via SIMBA Online Recharge
- Visa, Mastercard, AMEX (Debit/Credit Card) via My Account, and My SIMBA App.
- Cash at SIMBA Service Centers and SIMBA Dealers. To find the nearest SIMBA shops around you, SMS 1 to 1218. This service is free and valid for all SIMBA customers.
You may recharge your SIMBA wallet as much as you want. The credits have no expiry date as long as your SIMBA SIM is active. The credits can be used for plan renewal, charges for excess usage, or any excluded calls (such as IDD). Credits in SIMBA Wallet are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash.
