What to Expect:
1. Schedule Your NLT Service Activation Appointment: You'll receive an email with a unique link to choose your top 3 preferred dates and times for the NetLink Trust (NLT) Service Activation. This is typically within 7 working days.
2. NLT Service Activation Appointment Confirmation: Once your appointment is confirmed, we’ll send you an email on the confirmed schedule.
3. NLT Service Activation Appointment: During the appointment, NLT may or may not need to enter your premises to complete the service activation. Once you receive an email confirming your NLT service activation is complete, your service is ready.
Self-Collection:
Please present your ONU collection email when you pick up the ONU from our Service Centres before your NLT Service Activation appointment .
Device Installation:
Our installers will install one working day after your NLT Service Activation has been completed.
Note: Billing will begin one day after your NLT appointment is successfully completed.
