What to Expect:
1. Schedule Your Appointment: You'll receive an email with a unique link to choose your top 3 preferred dates and times for the NetLink Trust (NLT) Service Activation. This is typically within 10 working days.
2. Appointment Confirmation: Once your appointment is confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
3. ONT Collection: If you're opting for self-installation, you'll get an ONT collection email. Please pick up the ONT from our Service Centres before your NLT appointment using the provided collection email.
4. NLT Appointment: During the appointment, NLT may or may not need to enter your premises to complete the service activation. Once you receive an email confirming your NLT appointment is complete, you can connect the ONT to start using the internet.
5. ONT Installation (Optional): If you’ve selected professional installation, this will be done one working day after your NLT appointment.
Note: Billing will begin one day after your NLT appointment is successfully completed.
