Why am I not able to make outgoing calls while i am overseas?

There are multiple reasons why you are unable to make outgoing calls:

  1. The network coverage in that area may be weak, so try moving to another area with a stronger signal, or you can do a manual selection of the overseas network on your mobile phone.
  2. You do not have a VoLTE-compatible device to use voice and SMS services while roaming. You can refer to the VoLTE-supported handsets list here.
  3. You are in a roaming destination that does not support VoLTE.
