Yes, SIMBA Roaming covers voice calls and SMS.
Voice Calls*
SIMBA customers can make and receive calls to and from VoLTE-supported destinations without additional roaming charges. Standard plan allowances and IDD charges may still apply.
You will no longer need to reject incoming calls when you are travelling abroad with SIMBA.
- Incoming Calls: Incoming calls from any number are free with SIMBA Roaming.
- Outgoing Calls to Singapore: Outgoing calls to Singapore mobile numbers are free. Outgoing calls to Singapore fixed-line numbers will be deducted from your mobile plan’s SG mins allowance. (Please ensure that you include +65 before the number when you are calling Singapore while roaming)
- Outgoing calls to other destinations: Outgoing calls to local numbers at your visited destination or to numbers in other destinations will be deducted from your SIMBA mobile plan’s IDD Minutes allowance. Outgoing calls to any destinations not covered by your SIMBA mobile plan’s IDD Minutes allowance will be charged to your SIMBA Wallet at the prevailing IDD rates.

- Incoming SMS are free.
- Outgoing SMS is available in VoLTE-supported roaming destinations.
- Outgoing SMS messages are charged at $0.10 each.
