NLT Service Activation: Activates the fibre port on your Fibre Termination Point (FTP) at your premise so you can start using broadband service at home.
SIMBA Device Installation: Involves setting up the Optical Network Unit (ONU) and your home router if any, to ensure your broadband connection is fully operational. The installation will be scheduled one working day after successful NLT Service Activation.
Once we are notified by NLT on the completion of your NLT Service Activation, installers appointed by SIMBA will contact you the next working day to schedule your Device Installation where applicable. You do not need to call to make an appointment for the installation.
